My 5 year old enjoys riding to school in his new 16' Neo /Black Sullivan - the Neo looks extra good and get noticed! While dad likes the extra padding on the handle bars & frame. We didn't need the side wheels but they might come handy for little sister down the road.
It was delivered faster than expected too and assembly was easy (though the brakes do need some tuning).
Great deal, Good look and it feels solid and ready to last!
