Do you have a store or showroom I can visit?

Our products are available to purchase online but we do not have a retail store or showroom of our own.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately our warehouse does not have a pick up facility.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Not at this stage, but this may change in the future, so stay tuned.

How do I use my first order discount?

Enter your promotion code during checkout for 5% off any non-sale items. Please note, the minimum order amount is $90.

Can you please supply me with an Australian Tax Invoice?

Your order confirmation also serves as a valid Australian Tax Invoice. If you have lost your invoice, or require more information, please contact us.

Which payment methods are accepted?

The Rideminded online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna & Apple Pay.

What size scooter should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located on each product page.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Purchases made from this website can only be sent to addresses in Australia, however we also sell to the USA, UK, Canada & Europe. Simply click the flag at the top of this page to change your location.

Can you ship Express?

We sure can! Simply select the Express Post shipping option during checkout.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post

When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of placing your order and the estimated delivery time can range between 2-14+ business days after shipping, this may be increased during busy periods and high demand. Transit time is determined by the order's contents and final destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the order, starting at $12.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been received by the carrier, you will receive your tracking information to the email entered when you placed the order.

If you have not received this, please contact us for further assistance.

Does someone need to be home to accept the delivery?

Your signature is not required for delivery and AusPost will typically leave the package at your doorstep if you are not in. 

We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods after they have been delivered.

Orders of multiple packages are often delivered separately. 

For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option.

Why has only part of my order has arrived?

Please be aware your order may be arriving in more than one parcel, you can check how many individual parcels are in your delivery through your Australia Post tracking information.

If you are missing an item in your delivery, please contact us with your order number and details for further assistance.

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

Unfortunately all orders are sent straight to our freight company, so changing the address is not possible.

Customers who provide an incomplete or incorrect shipping address or refuse a package are responsible for any additional shipping costs that may incur.

I changed my mind. How do I return an item?

If you change your mind about a purchase made with us online, you may return the product at your own cost within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

We can offer a full refund, excluding initial and return delivery fees, or an online store credit.

An item in my order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us immediately with your full order details and clear photos of the issue. We will then pass it on to our warranty team to assess.

Can I exchange my item?

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the product at your own cost within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Rather than an exchange, we will issue you a refund or store credit to place your order again for a different item.

How will I be refunded?

Once the returned items have been received by our warehouse team, a refund will be applied to your original payment method and you will notified. Please allow up to 3 business days for this to show up in your account.

If your preference was store credit, then will add this to your online account.
