I had a wheel problem after purchasing the scooter, they promptly sent me a pair of new wheels to resolve it, the scooter is perfect anyway, everything is excellent, Thanks guys for solving the problem, not everyone is like that, I recommend buying from them

I chose the Triad shapeshifter after researching all terrain options and the youtube review by Billy Watts sealed the deal. Sturdy quality build, looks good, and has tyres that can go up to 100psi to help with bumps and uneven surfaces. Just got to build up my fitness but loving it so far !!

This scooter is way better than I am, can’t wait for all the adventures we’re gonna have in 2024. Threw on some Triad extortion alloy bars but other than that it will remain stock and ready to rock
